Article Snippet: Briefly, a 3 mL aliquot of human PBMC separation medium (Solarbio, China) was added to each centrifuge tube, followed by the slow addition of an equal volume of peripheral blood and centrifugation at 750 g for 30 min. PBMCs were decanted, washed with PBS and cultivated at 37°C in complete medium (DMEM containing 5% fetal bovine serum and 1% penicillin-streptomycin) in an atmosphere containing 5% CO2.
